A Taste of Brazil in the Heart of Houston

Angus Grill Brazilian Steakhouse brings the rich, vibrant culinary traditions of southern Brazil straight to your table in Houston, Texas.

Founded in 2009 by renowned Brazilian chef and entrepreneur Airton Demoraes, with support from his brother Juarez, Angus Grill was born from a dream: to share the authentic flavors of Brazil’s legendary gaucho cuisine in a warm, welcoming, all-you-can-eat dining experience.

About Us
Our Roots

Brazil is a country of contrast and culture — from its lush jungles and lively beaches to its soulful music and flavorful dishes. Among its most celebrated traditions are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the art of churrasco — a gaucho-style barbecue that dates back to the 1800s in Rio Grande do Sul.

At Angus Grill, we honor this tradition by serving meats the rodizio way — brought to your table by skilled servers (our “Brazilian cowboys”), carved hot and fresh from the rotisserie grill.

The Experience

We specialize in 12 premium cuts of meat, each slow-roasted over charcoal embers and carved tableside. From our signature Picanha (top sirloin cap), to Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon, to Brazilian-style chicken favorites like Peito de Frango, Coxa de Frango, and Coração — every bite is a celebration of flavor.

Whether you prefer your Picanha rare (mal passado) or well done (bem passado), our gauchos will serve it your way — always juicy, always sizzling.
